SCPI commands for Pathwave Signal Generation applications, such as 5G NR, can be found in the VXG signal generator's comprehensive SCPI List. Scroll through this list until you find the application syntax you are looking for. For example, 5G NR appears as NR5G in all of that application's commands. In addition, each command is a hyperlink that takes you to its description, as it is used in programming and in the VXG signal generator's user interface. View image.
You can also access application SCPI commands for specific user-interface functions by searching the VXG signal generator's help. Begin navigating from the welcome topic or scroll through the Contents pane. User-interface descriptions include the associated SCPI command and an example.
Beginning with version A.09.00, waveform-generation applications, such as NR 5G and Custom Modulation, have been moved from the Signal block of the GUI to an Apps menu at the top of the display.
If you are using remote commands for a particular application, each time you restart the VXG signal generator, you must first send the SELect command to load the application's associated SCPI. Otherwise, an error will be generated.
